The Silicon Valley Business Journal is reporting on a very interesting Sunnyvale development proposed for Wolfe at Central. The non-traditional building would replace a number of existing office buildings and would increase the office density while simultaneously increasing the quantity of on-site open space. And the design is… not previously seen in this area. It’s a very interesting read, with a more interesting artistic rendering.
Huh, right on the corner of Wolfe and Arques? I used to work in the building right on that corner. That was never a great building, always kind of a generic 1 story office complex. Sounds like a good idea, wonder if the traffic from it will be any problem for the fire department there.

Hopefully they will improve bike access to the development. If they are going to have that many potential workers in the location the on street facilities will need an upgrade.
